EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps you heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences. It is important for you to know that you are not alone and that there is a path to healing.

Through a process that emphasizes focus on a specific traumatic situation while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation, the emotion surrounding the traumatic situation will reduce.

EMDR is an effective treatment for trauma and PTSD symptoms. There is ongoing research that supports positive outcomes for its treatment on anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, addictions and other distressing life experiences.
